Network Support for wifi and wired network infrastructure. This onsite IT support applies to existing network with resources that were fully functional but started having issues. We provide busines and home network troubleshooting and support for switches, routers, NAS drives, firewalls, patch panels, cat 5 / cat6 network and cable re-termination issues within your home or business in London and surrounding areas.

There is a one hour minimum fee applicable for all network services and site surveys carried out by our onsite engineers. After the first hour service, costs are then charged at half-hourly blocks.

Network infrastructure design, technology installation and configuration for new IT environment are treated as projects and therefore do not qualify for the network support services rates indicated above.
